FAQ
What type of payment do you accept?
Space Pickle Studio LLC accepts payments via PayPal and credit card. We use both PayPal and Stripe to collect payments and invoice you via email.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes. I divide my payments up into 1/3 increments with the first down payment due upon booking, the second one at the project start date, and the third payment at the project end date. Full payment is required for the release of any final deliverable(s).
To what extent do you do custom coding?
Most of my edits involve custom CSS which is the styling of a web page. I do not do outright development and try to do edits that will be easy for my clients to maintain. *WordPress & Squarespace are my specialties. If you have a strong preference for another one of these platforms, please contact me for a custom quote today!
Can you print my _______ for me?
Yes! If you are in search of specialty papers, foil, glitter, wood, the sky is the limit! Specialty substrates will require additional time for printing, such as fabric and wrapping paper. Please contact me for a quote on your special project.
Can I upgrade my package?
Yes! You can upgrade your selected package at any time during your project. Keep in mind, a project upgrade will require a new contract that includes the originally allotted time for that project.
Can I keep you on retainer?
If you anticipate needing more than two weeks of ongoing support after I’ve completed your website/project, we can discuss creating a retainer agreement for a fixed monthly fee based on your needs.
