CONSULTATION
This will be done either through email or a 30 minute phone call to discuss the project and your design style. Each project starts with a comprehensive questionnaire about your venture. This will allow me to really get to know you and focus on your unique needs. From there, I’ll answer any questions you have and go over the next steps.

STRATEGY
Once you reserve your spot, we’ll do some prep work. After you reserve a spot on my calendar, sign a contract and submit a deposit, I’ll give you access to a shared document with questions that will help us define your design goals. Once we have agreed that the strategy fully captures your purpose, we’ll move on to designing.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Next, we dive into the design. This is the fun part! I only work with a few clients at a time, so your project will have my undivided attention. Using all of the information and inspiration we have collected thus far, begin developing the visual concept.

DESIGN REFINEMENT
Next, we’ll walk through a round of refinements by discussing what is working with your proposed design and where there is room to grow. After your approval, we will move forward and solidify those concepts.

IMPLEMENTATION
Depending on the project or package you choose, once the main branding (logos, custom pattern, etc.) is approved I’ll begin designing your collateral piece(s) and or website. Each item will also include a single round of refinements.

PRODUCTION
Get ready to launch! My goal is to leave you better equipped than when you first came to me. After your final payment, you will receive your final files and any additional collateral items and services.

It’s time to launch your new project into the world. Huzzah! Together, we pulled off a big task and it’s time to celebrate. Cheers to your new endeavor, my friend!
*WEBSITE TUTORIAL
We’ll walk through the backend of your site and I’ll show you how to make basic updates like changing the font style, adding an image, and creating a new page. You will receive two weeks of support after receiving your website, so there is time to get comfortable to explore and ask any questions that may occur.
